Success Point Gogamukh("we", "us") operates this website and app to run our coaching center in Gogamukh, Assam. This page explains what information we collect from students, parents, and faculty, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account details — name and phone number when you sign up, and qualification details if you apply as faculty.
• Enrollment records — which courses and subjects you enroll in, and the receipt number you submit when confirming an offline fee payment. We do not process or store card, UPI, or bank details on this site — fees are paid in person or by bank transfer and only the receipt reference is recorded.
• Password — if you set a password for faster sign-in, it is stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash. We cannot see or recover your actual password, and it is never shared with any third party.
• Login & security logs — each time an OTP or password login is attempted, or a password is reset, we log the phone number, approximate location (city/region/country derived from IP address), device/browser information, and timestamp. This is used only to secure accounts and detect suspicious login activity.

How We Use It

• To create and secure your account, and to log you in via one-time password (OTP) or, if you've set one, a password.
• To process course and subject enrollment requests.
• To contact you about admissions, batches, or your enrollment status.
• To detect and prevent unauthorized access to accounts.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Third-Party Services

We use Twilio to deliver OTP codes by SMS during login and sign-up. Your phone number is shared with Twilio only for this purpose. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in, and local storage on your device only to remember whether you've already installed or dismissed the app install prompt. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data Security

You can log in with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS, or with a password you set yourself for faster sign-in — either way, your phone number is verified first. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are hashed with bcrypt before being saved, and a self-service "forgot password" flow lets you reset one without contacting us. Account data is stored on a secured database that only authorized staff can access. Pages that show personal or enrollment data are never cached by the app for offline use, so they can't be seen by another person on a shared device.

Children's Privacy

Many of our students are minors (Classes IX–XII). Accounts are created with the knowledge of the student or their parent/guardian for the purpose of enrollment in our coaching programs. Parents may contact us at any time to review or request deletion of their child's information.
